Are you tired of self-sabotaging?
Take a deep breath, and imagine that this is your morning routine:
Claire wakes up feeling well-rested a few moments before her alarm. She puts on the tea kettle and sits with her notebook to collect her thoughts. She writes to empty her mind of all the chatter, and also to create the day that she is living into. Writing inspires her to move, and she spends a few minutes stretching before dancing her heart out to Fleetwood Mac's Rumors and doing some Pilates exercises. After she's really breathing and warm, Claire hops in a quick shower, taking the time to acknowledge the awesome power of her body. She moisturizes, showing love to each muscle, and gets dressed in clothes that make her feel powerful and feminine, two qualities that she's hoping to demonstrate more of in her life.
She fixes herself a fantastic but simple breakfast, and sits down to eat. After eating, she checks her phone for the first time, just to make sure there have been no changes in her schedule. She picks up her bag, which is mostly packed from the night before, and heads out the door. Claire already knows which tasks are most important for her to complete today. She gives herself time to do the work that attracted her to this career.
Does this sound like some wild, unattainable fantasy? Don't worry, there's a way to get here.

Sweet new Ways to Work with Me
Women looking to heal their relationship with food, grow their self-worth and self-love and overcome emotional eating can now work with me from anywhere in the world.
So many women struggle with food. It's part of our makeup—we were raised, cultivated by our society to struggle with food-related guilt, cravings, and disorders We eat late at night or when we're not hungry. We binge on foods that drag our spirits down and starve ourselves from the healing foods around us.
But it doesn't have to be this way. You can have a peaceful, easy relationship with food.
I can help. There are a few open spaces in my long-distance coaching program.
