Fast vs. Cleanse vs. Detox

This is an old post, but I wanted to bring it up again, because I had a client get sick last week after trying a cleanse she read about in some magazine. Ask lots of questions, not only about the cleanse you want to try, but also why do you want to “cleanse?” What are you trying to get rid of? Is it physical, emotional or spiritual? Would it be more effective and sustainable to commit to making one healthy choice every day?
