Whether or not I should eat dairy…Seriously, bro?
Here’s what is:
You might be lactose-intolerant, or casein-intolerant, or just mysteriously sick after you eat cheese. Whatever your reasons are for not eating dairy, they’re great! You don’t even need a reason, and I would still support you eating (and not eating) what feels right to you. Even if it is just a feeling you get, follow your gut.
That being said, some us have been told that we can’t eat dairy. We used to be butter-on-toast, cream-in-coffee, grilled-cheese-sandwich fanatics. And now there is a dude in a white coat, or worse, a girl in a pink t-shirt, telling you that eating dairy will make you sick. What a drag!
