So many of us struggle with food. It's part of our makeup—we were raised, cultivated by our society to struggle with food-related guilt, cravings, and disorders.
We eat too much, too little, too fast, to much. We eat late at night or when we're not hungry. We binge on foods that drag our spirits down and starve ourselves from the healing foods around us. But it doesn't have to be this way. You can have a peaceful, easy relationship with food. I can help.
Join my long-distance coaching program.
There's no dogma here, no "good" or "bad" foods—just you and your body. What makes you come alive? What drags you down? Let's feed your soul and your body.
As a Women's Creative Health Coach, I help brave, open-hearted, and sensitive women transform their relationship with themselves through an exploration of creativity, nutrition, and spirituality.
My clients learn how to nourish their souls and overcome cravings. No matter where you are in the world, you have the opportunity to work with me. We'll meet every other week for an hour over the phone, and I am available to you between sessions via text and email. You'll have access to my vast archive of recipes and essays, and an opportunity to join an online community of women who will walk alongside you on the journey towards self-love.
Your Guide: Lily Calfee
Women's Creative Health Coach
Lily Calfee believes that self-express and self-love contribute enormously to health. She has inspired countless women to treat themselves to only the best in their relationships, careers, and self-care. She organizes retreats, workshops, and cooking classes and motivates her clients to start writing, dancing, drawing, and singing again.
Lily graduated from the University of Vermont after three and a half years—and that last half-year was spent abroad in Europe. She has traveled alone and with friends around the world (18 countries and counting!). She’s also cooked AIP paleo meals for nine people for four days, managed a kitchen full of farm interns, and been awarded certification as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Lily currently spends her time writing about the connection between creativity and self-love, and helping women radically transform their lives so that they can bring their own gifts forward.
